Why become a design partner

Build the customer journey you wish your current stack could deliver.

Design partners get more than early access. They help define the workflow, evidence, and operating model while receiving direct founder attention and favorable founding terms.

01

Shape the roadmap

Work directly with the founders on the user journey, integrations, dashboards, guidance, and success measures that matter to your business.

02

Solve one real problem

Start with a defined customer segment and its most important journey, connecting the systems and processes relevant to that segment.

03

Priority implementation

Receive hands-on configuration, weekly working sessions, and priority for one high-value integration or workflow within the agreed scope.

04

Founding economics

Qualifying founding partners receive pilot-fee credit toward year one and protection from launch-price changes.

05

Evidence before expansion

Agree the baseline first, test adoption and time-to-value signals, and decide whether to continue without a long-term commitment.

Founding incentive

The strongest terms go to the first five qualified partners.

100% pilot-fee creditApplied to the first annual HubCue subscription when the partner continues within 30 days of pilot completion.
12-month founding-price protectionThe commercial terms agreed for the first annual subscription remain protected for the founding period.
Direct roadmap accessMonthly founder roadmap session during the pilot and priority consideration for the agreed integration or workflow.
Optional launch visibilityJoint story, advisory recognition, or event participation only when results exist and the partner explicitly approves.
Who should apply

The best partners have complexity, urgency, and a measurable starting point.

Strong fit

Complex or multi-product B2B software with a meaningful customer base.
A Customer Success executive sponsor and Product co-sponsor.
Product usage plus useful support, learning, community, CRM, or knowledge signals.
A defined customer segment with an adoption, time-to-value, engagement, or growth opportunity worth exploring.
Capacity for a weekly working session and timely implementation decisions.

What we will work through together

Prioritize the initial customer segment and journey.
Map the relevant systems, processes, content, and signals.
Define a practical baseline and the evidence worth measuring.
Evaluate security and integration feasibility within the MVP.
Shape a workable scope across the participating teams.
The engagement

A focused path from hypothesis to evidence.

The first engagement stays narrow so both teams can learn quickly and make an evidence-based continuation decision.

01

Qualify

Confirm the buyer, customer segment, current systems and processes, urgency, and pilot feasibility.

02

Baseline

Agree current behavior, success measures, and evidence limitations.

03

Configure

Connect to the current systems and processes relevant to the selected customer segment, then shape the experience around that journey.

04

Learn

Review usage, feedback, friction, and customer-team effort weekly.

05

Decide

Assess the evidence and choose whether to expand, revise, or stop.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is this a free beta?

No. The recommended engagement is a paid, tightly scoped design partnership. The fee confirms mutual commitment and can be credited toward year one under the proposed founding incentive.

Do we need to replace our Customer Success platform?

No. Customer Success remains the account-oriented relationship and commercial motion. HubCue adds a user-level Autonomous Product Success layer across the existing customer stack; the pilot defines the specific integration approach during qualification.

Are outcomes guaranteed?

No. We establish the baseline before configuration and test adoption, time-to-value, and customer-team effort. Retention, expansion, and revenue outcomes require longer evidence and are not promised.

What happens to our feedback?

Feedback informs the product and the agreed workflow. Confidential information remains confidential, and no public reference or case study is created without explicit approval.

When will applications close?

The cohort closes when up to eight qualified companies are selected. The strongest proposed founding terms are reserved for the first five accepted partners.
